RESERVATION REQUEST

Terms and Conditions for Purchasing a Property at Green Coast Village.

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before reserving a property at Green Coast Village ("The property") from Green Coast sh.p.k ("The developer").

By signing this Reservation Form, you "The future buyer ”agree to abide by these terms and conditions:

 

  1. Reservation Request  

The Future Buyer agrees to submit a Reservation Request Form, providing personal contact information, current address and a valid copy of their ID, as a preliminary step in the process of reserving a Property.

 

  1. The submission of the Reservation


    Request Form represents the Future Buyer's intent to purchase the Property, but it does not constitute a final purchase agreement.

  1. Purchase Agreement Delivery  

Two to Five (2-5) business days following submission of the reservation request, the Developer will send by email an electronic copy of the purchase agreement of the reserved property, to the Future Buyer.

  1. Grace Period  

The Future Buyer is entitled to a grace period (The "Grace Period") of FIVE (5) calendar days, commencing on the date of receipt of the Purchase Agreement, during which the future buyer may thoroughly assess the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement.

 

Through this 5-day period the Developer will have the opportunity to valuate the future buyer’s profile and accept them or not in accordance to its Client Acceptance Policy.

  1. Buyer's Options:  

Following the receipt of thePurchase Agreement, upon expiration of the five days term, if the Developer accept the Future Buyer, the latter will have the following options:

 

a.Acceptance: If, at the conclusion of the Grace Period, the Future Buyer agrees with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement, they shall electronically accept the Purchase Agreement by email, and the transaction will proceed and be concluded within 30 days from the date of the accepting email.

b.Nullification: If, during the Grace Period, the Future Buyer is not in agreement with the terms and conditions and decides not to proceed with the purchase, he/she has the right to nullify the Reservation by providing written notice to the Developer of their decision.

 

If at the end of the Grace Period, the Future Buyer does not notify their decision to the Developer, the Developer has the right to cancel reservation request and offer the Property to any other prospect buyer.

  1. Notification  


    Any notice of acceptance or nullification must be delivered to the Developer and shall be deemed effective upon confirmed delivery.

  1. Governing Law  

This Reservation Request and any subsequent purchase contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tirana, Albania.

  1. Acceptance:


    By submitting a Reservation Request Form, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Reservation Request Form.
